What To Expect With Our Services
CARPET CLEANING
We use a powerful hot water extraction method and a hybrid solar-powered system to lift stains, dirt, and allergens from deep within your carpet. It’s effective, family-safe, and dries faster than traditional methods. Pricing starts at $100 per area/room | $278 minimum call-out fee. | $6.50 per stair | Additional $75 Golden Gate Bridge trip charge may apply.
RUG DEEP CLEANING
From everyday rugs to investment-grade pieces, we clean with pH-balanced, non-damaging solutions. Light in-home cleanings are available, but for full odor or stain removal, we recommend our in-plant service where the real deep cleaning magic happens. In-home: $1.50/sq ft | In-plant (under 5×8): $4.50/sq ft | In-plant (over 5×8): $5.00/sq ft | $150 minimum
UPHOLSTERY CLEANING
We clean sofas, sectionals, chairs, and more using fast-drying, fabric-safe technology that restores appearance without over-wetting. Pricing starts at $25 per linear foot.
PET STAIN REMOVAL
We offer three levels of treatment depending on the severity of the stain or odor. Our enzyme-based solutions work at the molecular level to neutralize pet messes. Pricing varies by level of service. Contact us for details.

- Service Tiers: We now offer limited-service options for quick touch-ups, alongside our full-service options.
- In-Home Rug Cleaning: In-home rug cleaning is light only—no deep cleaning or odor removal. For full service, we recommend our in-plant rug care.
