Friendly person helped me to book my appointment. The person who came to clean our rugs and furniture was on time (even though he had trouble finding parking), did the work in half the time I expected, and the total was less than the original budget I was given. I had 4 rugs and three pieces of furniture cleaned for about the same price as having one slip cover cleaned at the dry cleaner. Everything was dry and looked brand new by the next morning. Very happy with the overall experience of dealing with this company and the quality of their work.

Thanks for the tip, Yelp! I liked the reviews I saw on Healthy Choice Carpet Cleaners and I liked the fact that they don't use chemicals so I decided to give them a try. I have to agree with all of the reviews that have been written. This company is great! John Stewart was professional, on-time, efficient and friendly. The rates are reasonable and the aftermath was great: no chemical smells (only a hint of grapefruit ) and like-new carpets - yay!

I decided to go with Healthy Choice, mainly because of all you Yelpers out there (the reviews overwhelming pointed to this company). Another main deciding factor was that they do not use any chemicals only grape seed extract and 240 degree water. My appointment was set for a convenient time within the same week of my call, and the woman gave me an estimate on the phone. They showed up on time (even a bit early) and was very personable. He was in and out in under an hour and my carpets look fantastic! They haven't been this clean since they were new. Ever a spot near my sliding door when my dog lays (and caused heavy, ground in dirt) came clean. He gave me 2 sets of plastic booties to put on over my feet/shoes until the rungs dried, and the price came in as estimated. My carpets are now very soft, clean and non-toxic. Subsequently, I received a "Thank you" card, for my business. I definitely recommend this company and will definitely go back.

The Healthy Choice folks just left our pad and it looks AMAZING. We had some nasty stains I was sure would never ever come out, but they did, out of the whole one-bedroom apartment, in less than an hour. They even gave us booties to wear around while the carpet dries so we don't mess up the floors as we wait (only 3-6 hours!). We are so not into chemicals, and they used nothing but natural products, and it smells and looks great (It was also cheap!). Thanks for saving our security deposit! And thanks for your promptness, friendliness, flexibility and mad carpet cleaning skills.

Punctual ... early even ...too early, but I was warned they might be. My bad that I was running late. Reasonably priced. They charge by room instead of by square foot, so I got a pretty accurate estimate. (The other place I called was very huffy about how they really couldn't give an accurate estimate without looking at the house.) They even did a room and stairs for free that wasn't included in the original estimate, so I just threw it in as a tip for them. Friendly team -I wish I got their names so that I could ask for them again. I can probably call to find out who did the job. Mary, who took my calls at the office and gave the estimate, was prompt and detailed with her explanation of services, estimate and scheduling. No chemical smell. I just had a slight citrusy aroma coming from the carpet. Clean carpet. That's the bottom line, isn't it? There were some tough spots that wouldn't come out, but that's because they've been in there for a decade. The rest of the carpet looks great.

It's hard to believe that my first review was back in 2008. When my carpets need cleaning, it's a no brainer. Call Healthy Choice, or even better, book online now. Every time, they are on time, polite and do a great job. What's not to like? I also like the faint citrus smell that comes from their cleaning solution which is made of citrus oils. Knowing that the chemicals are harmful to my cats is important to me.

What an amazing job they did! When the kind gentleman came over he said that the stains looked pretty deep and he was unsure if he could get more than 50% out of the carpeting. Given that we had moved all the furniture and because the carpet badly needed a cleaning, we still decided to do it. By the end, the carpets looked brand new and he was happy to say that it looked like 85% of the stains had been removed. We appreciated how he set expectations appropriately. He even came back up our several flights of stairs after the cleaning to give us some under-furniture-pads so that we could move our furniture back in soon since we were having a bday party that night. We will definitely turn to Healthy Choice Carpet Cleaning again!

Very happy about their service. I booked the pick up online and directly got the quote before booking. They came in right on time to pick it up and communication was straightforward. They cleaned my rug within 2 weeks and dropped it at 3.30 right when they say they would. I had a pretty bad stain on a handmade wool rug and they managed to clean everything. Very satisfied and highly recommend!

This company I would highly recommend! The owner does the cleaning and is thorough, even managing to "erase" signs of where furniture had left deep impressions. He was protective of wood flooring around the carpets as well. He even left booties to put on our feet for the next few hours/overnight until the carpets dry. Excellent results. They got out all the dog and food stains. They don't use harsh chemicals or detergents, and yet the carpets look good as new. They have a special tool to get under the beds and dressers.
