The rates are reasonable and the aftermath was great: no chemical smells (only a hint of grapefruit ) and like-new carpets - yay!

Very happy about their service. I booked the pick up online and directly got the quote before booking. They came in right on time to pick it up and communication was straightforward. They cleaned my rug within 2 weeks and dropped it at 3.30 right when they say they would. I had a pretty bad stain on a handmade wool rug and they managed to clean everything.
