Pricing
Our minimum call-out fee is $270.
- Rugs cleaned in-home: $1.50/sq. ft.
- Rugs cleaned at our plant (smaller than 5×8): $4.50/sq. ft.
- Rugs cleaned at our plant (larger than 5×8): $5.00/sq. ft.
- $150 minimum cleaning fee
- All invoices include a 5% "health care tax"
Rug cleaning is best performed at our plant, where our rug masters can provide deep, thorough cleaning. We offer free pickup and delivery and guarantee the complete removal of pet odors. While some rugs can be lightly cleaned in your home for substantial savings, full urine removal must be performed at our plant and cannot be done onsite.

We use the hot water extraction method. Hot water extraction is the best carpet cleaning choice for your health because it removes the most allergens from your home. B. High powered suction and HOT water are the key forces behind hot water extraction. Almost all carpet manufactures reccomend this method, it’s better for your carpet and leaves behind a healthier indoor environment.
C. The only way to remove lower level dirt is with high powered suction. Bacteria, pollens and dust are sucked up easily with the Hot Water Extraction Method.
